About this role
As a Cleaning Specialist at Dhaka Cleaners you will handle our most demanding work — deep cleaning of flats, post-renovation cleaning, and large corporate office projects. We are looking for someone who treats cleaning as a skill rather than just sweeping and mopping. We provide full training on machines and chemicals; you bring punctuality and genuine care for the work.
Responsibilities
- Complete deep cleaning of flats and offices
- Remove dust, paint and cement marks after renovation
- Operate scrubbers, vacuums and pressure machines
- Mix and use cleaning chemicals safely and in correct ratios
- Hand over the finished job to the client and submit photo reports
- Train new team members on the job
What we are looking for
- Age 20 to 45 years
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Physically fit and hard-working
- Willing to travel to any area of Dhaka
- National ID (NID) is mandatory
- Able to use a mobile phone
