Why cleaning here is different
Older buildings mean heavier scale and grease
Many buildings in central Mohammadpur are 20–30 years old. Bathroom tiles and toilets in these flats carry years of hard-water limescale, and kitchen walls and chimneys hold layers of cooking grease. Ordinary cleaning does not shift this — it needs machine-based scrubbing and professional descaling agents.
Ring Road and Shyamoli dust
Traffic and ongoing construction around Ring Road, Shyamoli and Asad Gate push a constant load of dust into road-facing flats. Window grilles, curtains and ceiling fans collect it fast. For these flats we usually recommend a deep clean every 2–3 months rather than the standard 4–6.
Pest pressure near the markets
Buildings close to Krishi Market, Town Hall Market and the food streets of Shyamoli see noticeably more cockroach and rodent activity. In these buildings a scheduled pest control programme works far better than one-off treatments.
Housing society water tanks
Societies like Japan Garden City, Baitul Aman, Mohammadia and Sunibir typically have both an underground reservoir and an overhead tank. Left uncleaned, sediment and algae build up within months. We clean tanks for an entire building in one visit, which brings the per-flat cost down substantially.
